Weekly Status Update #9
Week of April 10
Team Members: Sonia Mody, Talia Smith, Andres Antonio, Evan Zlotnick
Successes:
-
Completed first round of user feedback
-
Each group member found a potential user to interview and receive tangible feedback on all pages of the prototype (did 4 tests)
-
We got a lot of valuable feedback that will inform our next prototype
-
-
Started user feedback results round #1 document
-
Started compiling main points of feedback to focus on for second prototype iteration
-
-
Received feedback from Zebra about first prototype iteration
-
Learned which pages they want us to focus on for the second iteration
-
They really liked the recognition page and the “game of the day” idea
-
Failures:
-
We were not able to recruit testing participants from the interviews we conducted during our discovery phase
-
All of the users we tested where in the same demographic - lack of diversity
-
Difficulties:
-
Finding users to test the prototype on
-
Many users who gave their email did not respond to this second round of testing
-
-
Creating a schedule/staying on pace for future deadlines
-
Meeting deadlines for class as well as being prepared for upcoming Zebra meetings
-
-
Finding time for us to all meet and work on our upcoming assignment
Goals for Next Week:
-
Revise our prototype and create a second iteration
-
Go into figma and adjust existing pages to address user, Zebra, and class feedback
-
Create new pages to address features that are lacking
-
Implement Zebra’s design guide
-
-
Start & complete study materials for user feedback round #2
-
Prepare script and procedure for a second round of testing
-
