Successes:

Reached out to Zebra and set up a kick-off meeting

Met their team, introduced ourselves, and learned more about Zebra as a company and their expectations for this project

Established consistent communication with the Zebra team through email and a new shared Slack channel

Sticking to schedules (weekly meetings, finishing deliverables, etc.)​

Completed Short Project Proposal for in-class presentation

Revised presentation based on feedback to present to Zebra team

Building an understanding of the project at hand

Started to research the topic and company as well as started to clarify what gamification means

Developed a short project proposal to understand the project holistically

We filled the site with bios as well as placeholders for future weekly updates and deliverables

AI/Algorithm conflict from the kick-off meeting

A brief lapse in communication as we concluded kickoff meeting which created confusion among Tufts team
